Flourish had their first market! We were invited to be one of the vendors at Papillion’s annual Winter Wonderland market (shout out to Joe Hunter, executive director of the Papillion Community Foundation) and you all showed up in the best way. Even with bitterly cold temperatures we sold out almost an hour before the event ended! Thank goodness, because no amount of hot cocoa was keeping us warm by the end of it.
Our menu consisted of a hot cocoa bento cake (pictured), pumpkin chai cheesecake cookies, homemade marshmallows, vanilla bean and salted caramel macarons, and holiday royal iced sugar cookies. Watching all of you enjoy the treats and even come back for seconds made my heart just explode!
We learned so much during this first event and it has just inspired us for future markets and pop ups.
